THE INTELLIGENCE LAYER FOR FLEET PLATFORMS
Fleet software that learns.
MoveCore builds domain-specific language models and continually learning agents for private vehicle hire and fleet operations. We license them to the platforms fleets already run — so every operator gets AI that understands the work, and gets better at it every week.
The learning loop

Step 5 rewrites step 2. Corrections made during the working day are the training set.
WHY GENERAL AI STALLS IN FLEET
A general model has never read a defect sheet.
Fleet work is specific. Vehicle categories, licensing regimes, tariff structures, maintenance intervals, the exact wording an operator uses for a failed tyre check. A general model has seen none of it, so it approximates — and an approximation in a safety-critical workflow is worse than no answer at all.
Retrieval alone doesn't close the gap
Static models forget
Nobody wants a twelfth system
THE UNIT OF DELIVERY
A Domain is a model and an agent, trained for one job.
Each Domain pairs a language model fine-tuned on that area of fleet work with an agent that can actually do something about it — read the telematics feed, raise the defect, draft the compliance record, hold the action for a human. Providers license the Domains they need and embed them in their own product.

Notice. Decide. Act. Check. Learn.
Every Domain runs the same five-step loop, and the fifth step is the one that matters. Approvals, overrides and corrections are not a governance layer bolted on the side — they are the training signal. When your operations manager overrules an agent, that decision changes what the system does next time.

WHOSE DATA TEACHES WHOSE MODEL
Your customer's decisions train your customer's model. Nothing crosses.
Every enterprise fleet asks the same question before they say yes: where does our data go, and does it end up helping our competitor? MoveCore's answer is architectural, not contractual. Learning is scoped to the tenant. An operator who wants a fully isolated environment for their own learning data gets one. An operator who doesn't need that isolation doesn't pay for it.
FOR PLATFORM PROVIDERS
We are not a fleet platform. We never sell to your customers.
MoveCore has no dispatch product to upsell, no direct sales motion into your accounts, and no interest in owning your customer relationship. We build the intelligence layer and you ship it under your own brand. That is the whole business model, and it is written into how we contract.
You keep the customer
You skip the model team
You get a moat, not a plug-in
WHAT WE CONNECT TO
MoveCore will never build an ERP.
Fleets already run the systems they need. We integrate with them — telematics, camera and ADAS, dispatch, maintenance, accounting, HR and communications. An ERP is one more integration target, not a special category, and not something we intend to replace.

Safety before compliance. Compliance before cost. No exceptions.
If anything fails, the system falls back to safe mode. It never guesses.
NEXT STEP
A short, technical conversation.
We work with a small number of platform providers at a time. If you run a fleet, mobility or telematics platform and your customers are asking you for AI, the fastest way to find out whether MoveCore fits is forty-five minutes with our engineering and commercial leads. No deck. No discovery call before the discovery call.
