Where does our data go, who else benefits from it, and what happens when the system is unsure? These are architectural questions, and they deserve architectural answers rather than a clause in a contract.
ISOLATION
Learning is scoped to the tenant.
Exemplar memory, fine-tuned adapters and operational data are partitioned by customer. A correction made by one operator changes that operator's system and no other. Customers who require it can run with a fully isolated environment for their learning data — including their own incident records and internal safety documentation — without that material entering any shared training set.
Shared serving
Isolated data and memory, shared model serving infrastructure.
Who it suits — Smaller operators who want the capability without the cost of dedicated infrastructure.
Dedicated
Dedicated serving with a per-tenant adapter trained on that operator's decisions.
Who it suits — Mid-size operators with established internal process worth encoding.

A separate environment. That operator's learning data never leaves it.
Who it suits — Large enterprises with contractual or regulatory constraints on data locality and reuse.
HUMAN CONTROL
The agent asks before it does the irreversible thing.
Every agent operates under an explicit contract that defines what it may do alone, what it must propose for approval, and what it may never do. Safety-relevant actions require a human. The contract is inspectable, and the record of what was proposed, approved, changed or refused is retained.
SAFE MODE
It never guesses.
When a data source is unavailable, a confidence threshold is not met, or an input falls outside what the Domain was trained for, the system falls back to safe mode: it does not act, it says why, and it escalates. An agent that is silent about its uncertainty is more dangerous than one that is occasionally wrong.
